a gift from a sweet friend

I'm hosting a Vintage Valentine Itty Bitty Book Swap for the Red Lead Yahoo Group. Beautiful pages are pouring in from all over, as they are due this week. I opened a box from my friend Linda and not only are her pages amazing (see it standing up on the outside of the basket) but look at the precious hostess gift she sent me! It's a little girl's vintage sewing basket with vintage sewing notions and hanky tucked inside. Oh my goodness, it is EXACTLY what I love. Linda is like a soul sister- we've never met as we're cyber and swap friends and she lives a million miles away, but she understands what makes my heart sing. Thank you, dear friend!
