Swapping

I took a really long break from swapping. But this one, hosted by my dear cyber friend, Joyce, was one I couldn't resist! It felt great to create something special for a special someone. My partner was Marie, and I made her this canvas in reds/teals. I wanted it to be happy and cheerful and something she would really want to hang.
And take a look at the stunningly gorgeous pastel one I received in return!
She sent some wonderful goodies along as well. And I just LOVE the tags she tucked in there too! I will be hanging this in my bedroom, and will think of Marie each time I see it. Thanks Marie for the wonderful artwork, and thanks to Joyce for hosting this fun swap!

You never cease to amaze me my friend! Your talent just keeps growing. You and Marie did a beutiful job with your canvases. Iam so impressed with the care that everyone took in creating their masterpieces! Thank you for joining in with us. I've missed you but I understand why you needed the break.

Hi Linda - love the pretties you have posted here. Reminiscing about the matchbox swap. Miss your swaps a bunch - any more in the future or are you done hosting for awhile?
